Solar for homes, businesses and industry
Cut your electricity costs with a solar system engineered by YESEN Technologies.
Grid-tie, hybrid and off-grid systems, from 3 kWp rooftops to solar farms of 1 MWp.
Designed around how you use power.
The right solar system depends on how you use power, how reliable your grid supply is and whether you need electricity during outages. YESEN Technologies surveys your roof or land, studies your consumption and recommends the system type and size that fit. We then install it and support you after commissioning. Whether you are a homeowner, a business or an industrial site, all three system types — grid-tie, hybrid and off-grid — are available to you.
From rooftops to solar farms.
Residential Solar
Rooftop systems for homes, starting from 3 kWp, as grid-tie, hybrid or off-grid installations.
- Sized to your home — from your roof area and monthly consumption.
- Built for heavy monsoon rain and wind: mounting, cabling and protection.
- Net metering: where it applies, export surplus power and receive bill credits. We guide the application.
- Low upkeep: periodic panel cleaning and system checks.
- Backup option: choose hybrid if power cuts are a concern.
Commercial Solar
Solar for shops, offices, institutions and hospitality properties that want to reduce running costs and meet sustainability goals.
- Energy and load assessment, so the system is sized to your actual needs.
- Guidance on financing options and incentives that may apply.
- A greener footprint that supports your sustainability targets and brand.
- Continuity: hybrid and off-grid designs keep critical loads running through outages.
Industrial Solar
Larger systems for factories and processing sites, where high daytime consumption can often use solar generation directly. We design around your load profile, available area and grid connection, on rooftops or on land.
Solar Farms up to 1 MWp
Ground-mounted plants for landowners, developers and businesses that want a dedicated generation site. We handle design, installation and commissioning, with the system configuration confirmed for each project.
Grid-tie, hybrid or off-grid.
| Feature | Grid-tie | Hybrid | Off-grid |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connection to utility grid | Runs in parallel with the grid | Grid-connected, with battery storage | Independent of the grid |
| Battery storage | No | Yes | Yes |
| Main components | Solar panels, grid-tie inverter, net meter | Solar panels, hybrid inverter with built-in MPPT, battery bank, net meter | Solar panels, bidirectional inverter, MPPT charge controller, batteries |
| Surplus solar energy | Exported to the grid under applicable net-metering rules | Charges the battery first, then can be exported to the grid | Charges the battery bank |
| During a grid outage | Stops supplying power; no backup | Keeps supplying loads from solar and battery | Keeps supplying loads, within the limits of array and battery sizing |
| When the sun is not available | Grid supplies the load | Battery supplies the load; grid or generator supports when the battery is discharged | Battery supplies the load; an optional generator can support when the battery is discharged |
| Typical fit | Reliable grid, goal of cutting electricity bills | Reliable or weak grid, cutting bills and keeping power during outages | No grid, or a grid too weak to rely on |
| Cost and complexity | Generally the lowest cost and simplest to install | Batteries add cost and maintenance | Batteries add cost and maintenance |
Residential only
PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
Homeowners installing grid-connected rooftop solar may qualify for a central government subsidy. The scheme applies to residential rooftop systems only, so commercial and industrial projects are not covered. Applications are made on the national portal, pmsuryaghar.gov.in. We help you work out the right system size for your home and guide you through the process. Eligibility for systems with battery storage, such as hybrid, is confirmed at proposal stage.
| System capacity | Central subsidy |
|---|---|
| 1 kW | ₹30,000 |
| 2 kW | ₹60,000 |
| 3 kW and above | ₹78,000 (maximum) |
Engineering you can rely on.
System-level engineering
We design the whole system: panels, inverter, batteries where needed, protection and grid connection.
Honest sizing
We recommend the size and type your site needs, not the largest system we can sell.
All three system types
Grid-tie, hybrid and off-grid, so the recommendation is not limited to one design.
Homes to solar farms
One team for a 3 kWp rooftop or a 1 MWp plant.
Support after installation
We stay involved after commissioning.
A smooth solar journey.
Consultation
We learn about your energy needs and explain your solar options.
Site assessment
A technical survey of your roof or land, shading and grid connection.
System selection and proposal
We recommend grid-tie, hybrid or off-grid, size the system, and give you a savings estimate and subsidy guidance for eligible homes.
Installation and grid integration
Professional installation, grid connection and testing.
Activation and after-sales support
We commission the system and support it for long-term performance.
The questions that matter.
A useful proposal starts with the right information.
01Which system is right for me: grid-tie, hybrid or off-grid?
Choose grid-tie if your grid supply is reliable and your goal is to reduce bills. Choose hybrid if you also want power during outages. Choose off-grid if there is no grid connection or the grid is too weak to rely on. We confirm the choice after assessing your load and site.
02Will a grid-tie system power my building during a power cut?
No. Grid-tie inverters shut down when the grid is down, for safety. If you need power during outages, a hybrid system with batteries is the right option.
03Can you install all three system types for homes, businesses and industry?
Yes. Grid-tie, hybrid and off-grid systems are available for residential, commercial and industrial projects, from 3 kWp rooftops to solar farms of 1 MWp.
04Do I need batteries?
Not for grid-tie. Hybrid and off-grid systems use a battery bank, which adds cost and maintenance but lets you use stored solar energy when the sun is not available.
05How much can I save with solar?
Savings depend on your system size, consumption and tariff. We give you a savings estimate in your proposal, based on your own electricity usage.
06Is a government subsidy available?
Yes, for eligible homes. The PM Surya Ghar scheme offers up to ₹78,000 for grid-connected residential rooftop systems of 3 kW and above. It does not cover commercial or industrial installations.
07What is net metering and how does it help?
Net metering records the surplus power you export to the grid and credits it against the power you draw from it, reducing your bill. Eligibility and credit terms are set by your utility and regulator.
08How long does installation take?
It depends on the system's capacity and your site. Your proposal includes a schedule.
09Will solar work on cloudy or rainy days?
Yes. Panels still generate in cloudy weather, though at reduced output. With a hybrid or off-grid system, batteries store energy for later use.
10What maintenance does a solar system need?
Periodic cleaning of the panels and routine system checks. Systems with batteries need additional battery care. We offer after-sales support.
11Can I start with grid-tie and add batteries later?
Sometimes. It depends on the inverter and design chosen at the start, so tell us at the survey stage if you may want backup power later.
12Which solar panel type should I choose?
Monocrystalline panels generate the most power from a given area and suit space-limited roofs. Polycrystalline panels cost less but are less efficient. Thin-film modules need much more space and are generally unsuited to residential rooftops. We recommend a type once we know your site.
